I have just been having a look over the competition brief package and this has further raised ideas and thoughts in my mind about what a Capital would look like if created today in the 21st Century. I find this interesting becuase the outcome in my personal opinion would be vastly different between each individual today, and to those 100 years ago. I guess this ties in with the idea of | Flexible, Mobile, Distributed & Virtual | as each of these would no doubt play a big part in todays city design and more importantly how a contemporary Parliament should function.
