|13| Node and Module Deployment Zones |

My focus area for a Mobile Parliament cetres around the Northern Regions of Australia. I have divided this region into three core zones each with a Capital location and Isolated towns within.

1: The Kimberleys
2: Arnhem Land
3: Cape York

Each of these represent a strong Isolated Indigenous culture which my system proposes to voice to the urban Australaian majority.

The Capital Node locations within each of these regions include;
1. The Kimberleys- Broome
2. Arnhem Land- Darwin
3. Cape York- Cairns

These Capitals have been selected due to thier high tourist populations and urban majority. Th node will be a beacon within this zone representing the ideas, values and beliefs of the Iloated Regions.

|13| Module Transport |

The module will be primarily transported by water between destinations. This is considered the easiest mode of transport for year round deployment. This is reinforced by;

"Access to much of the region is by dirt road (often impassable in the wet season), air (a helicopter is necessary for many parts) or sea." http://avalook.com/wa/kimberly.htm

Here is an example of the type of recycled tug boat I will be using. It was chosen due to the large flat rear portion of the boat to hold my module as well as the existing accommodation inside the front cabin area. A tug boat also has a lower hull and therefore can be driven into most shallow regions.
